This clip is from the security system of a Connecticut restaurant, formerly a rum running shop during the days of the prohibition. Several chairs slide across the floor, seemingly unprovoked. Around 0:38, something resembling an orb hovers in the air for a second or two, and then quickly disappears. Could this be the spirit responsible for the mysterious moving chairs? The official police report cites "unexplained phenomenon," so we may never know the real truth.
